Yellow Elm at WAM 2010!!!

We are SO pleased to announce the addition of Yellow Elm to our artist line-up. Yellow Elm is taking Greenville by storm with their one of  a kind, handmade creations.

Yellow Elm is the work of artist Elizabeth Blanton. While working on her graphic design degree, Elizabeth took a fiber arts class and was inspired by the soft texture and unique qualities of felt. 

She crafts each headband, bobby pin, and clip by hand by layering wool, pouring soap and boiling water over it, and scrubbing until the fibers interlock to make felt. Yellow Elm handmade felt fashion accessories are one-of-a-kind. Each piece is a unique work of art, made for the woman with style as extraordinary as she is.
